METHODICAL RECOMMENDATIONS ON IMPROVING PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL PREPARATION OF FUTURE LECTURERS OF ECONOMICS AT ECONOMIC UNIVERSITY

Abstract
In the article on the basis of the analysis of recent scientific studies on the problem of training future teachers in non-pedagogical higher educational institutions, the relevance and necessity of forming managerial culture in students — future teachers of economics in the process of psychological and pedagogical preparation in the economic university has been advocated. The content and essence of the lecturer’s pedagogical activity are analyzed. According to the results of the research, the methodical recommendations for improving the content of psychological and pedagogical training of future teachers of economics in higher educational institutions of the economic profile are proposed. Recommendations can be integrated into the existing content of psychological and pedagogical training of future teachers of the economy without creating additional courses and disciplines.
