Methodological aspects of environmental state policy and its influence for the training of skilled personnel in architecture

Abstract
The article investigates the status and challenges of environmental policy in Ukraine. Namely analyzed the concept of “ecology”, “policy”, “environmental policy”: determined by methodological components of environmental policy: contradictions, laws, principles and content of the environmental policy: a set of principles, goals and objectives of state activity. It is concluded that the implementation of environmental policy can be carried out in the following main directions and priorities: the creation of a unified environmental information infrastructure; search for and implementation of scientific and technical solutions and technologies aimed at the conservation of nature: the formation of the legal system of environmental laws and the mechanism for their implementation: development and implementation of programs to preserve and improve the health of the population: environmental education and education of the population; training of environmental specialists, in fact in architecture. The basic directions of modern environmental policy research. It is argued that the formation of the modern state environmental policy requires urgent implementation of new principles and approaches, and effective action of the state, society, education agents, aimed at the implementation of European environmental initiatives, the implementation of the state environmental component in all economic sectors and activities, including education and training that will ensure the conservation, sustainable use and restoration of natural resources, taking into account the processes of economic globalization, the development of market relations in the country’, the provisions of a number of international obligations in the field of environmental protection, formation of ecological thinking of citizens.
