Journal Title: Гірська школа Українських Карпат - Year 2017, Vol 0, Issue 17

Abstract

The article describes modern approaches to the training of teachers of pre-school educational institutions. The ways of raising the competence level of the organizers of pre-school education and methodologists are determined. The expediency of using educational methodological literature in the process of perfection of psychological and pedagogical training and increase of pedagogical skills of preschool education is proved. The preconditions of effective realization of professional functions of educators of pre-school educational establishments are defined. An important prerequisite for a successful and effective pedagogical activity of the educator is his/her erudition, modern outlook, objective self-esteem, pedagogical tactfulness, highly developed professional qualities, psychological and pedagogical education, and the ability to work with children. The education process in a higher educational institution is characterized by the presence of a creative character, taking into account the specifics of the future professional activity, the characteristics and specific abilities of each student, their inclinations, motivation, interests, life benchmarks and the possibilities of realizing their own methodological skills, as well as the desire to be a genuine specialist in the preschool education. Modern pre-school educational institutions require master educators who must constantly improve their pedagogical skills, improve their professional level. However, for this purpose, there is a need for a deep internal motivation, the desire to constantly work independently on oneself in order to improve and increase one’s own scientific and methodological level of interaction with preschool children, taking into account their individual psychological characteristics. Using the powerful potential of the methodological aspect of professional pedagogical training of preschool teachers will ensure their competitiveness, creativity, and will make them ready for pedagogical creativity in the modern educational space.
