METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF THE CREATION OF NEW TYPE EDUCATIONAL AND METHODICAL COMPLEX OF PHYSICS FOR STUDENTS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
This article discusses the methodological basis for the creation of new type educational and methodical complex of physics for students of higher educational institutions. The requirements for modern educational complex (adaptability, accessibility and mobility) are formulated, the implementation of which requires the transition to teaching and methodical interpretation of the complex as a kind of electronic educational resources. As a platform for creating a new type complex are offered the cloud services of Google Apps. As the electronic educational resources, new type educational and methodical complex must contain information components (educational materials) and activity-based components (autonomous educational software, traditional cloud services of Google Apps, cloud services of educational management). The new type complex can be used to integrate educational activity on the basis of traditional technologies, electronic, remote and mobile learning.
