Methodological principles for classifying mistakes in the use of legislative techniques.

Abstract
The paper analyzes the origin and development of scientific ideas about the types of mistakes in the use of legislative technique. Mistakes in the use of legislative technique are complex and multidimensional, which are manifested both in the form of legislative acts and in their content. The independence of procedural mistakes in the use of legislative techniques in the system of deficiencies in the legal and technical execution of legislative acts has been substantiated. Components of procedural mistakes in the use of legislative techniques are highlighted and their characteristics are provided.
