On the realizing of the standards of criminal procedural law

Abstract
The article deals with the problem issues of determin- ing the stages of the realization of the standards of crim- inal procedural law. It is concluded that they differ from the stages of realization of the standard of criminal law. The concept of “dead-end implementation” of the stand- ards of criminal procedural law is considered.
