Trace picture of illicit enrichment and declaration of false information.

Abstract
In article are formulated basic provisions about a trace picture of illegal enrichment. Classification of typical traces of such crime by a form of its objective party, is carried out by commission process and also a subject of criminal activity. It is reasoned that the trace picture of illegal enrichment includes the following groups of typical traces: sources of receiving (origin) of illegal assets; process of acquisition of assets; possession (use) of the received assets. Classification of documents in which traces of illegal enrichment are formed is given. Are covered interrelation of typical traces of illegal enrichment with ways of concealment of this crime. It is established that ideal traces of these crimes usually turn out when conducting investigative (search) and other legal proceedings from memory of witnesses, the persons who committed this crime are involved in it.
