Essence and features of administrative and jurisdictional proceeding proceedings.

Abstract
The article deals with legal regulation, terminological problems, as well as categorical apparatus of administrative and jurisdictional proceedings of the prosecutor’s office. The disadvantages and conflicts aspects of the categor ical apparatus of administrative and jurisdictional activity in general are revealed. The problematic aspects were identified and the terminological basis was outlined for further normative consolidation of this definition in the law.
