The contract of life maintenance (care): the question of the legal characteristics.

Abstract
In the article the legal description of the contract of life maintenance (care). It is noted that the contract of life maintenance (care) is a real contract, but its purpose is complex and causes not only a transfer of property own- ership from the date of notarization of the contract, but also the provision of certain services including property maintenance (care).
