The concept, features of coercion in the service law of Ukraine, associated with legal liability.

Abstract
In the article the author raises questions of definition of concept and features of compulsion in the service law of Ukraine, connected with the legal responsibility. The author determines the system of normative legal acts regulating the passage of public service in Ukraine. The author determines the essence and features of legal responsibility in the service law, describes the elements of service offenses as grounds for bringing to legal responsibility. The essence and features of legal responsibility in the service law are determined by the author and allowed to establish the specific nature of coercive measures, the necessity of their application is determined by the needs of the development of the service model of the modern state.
