Signs restrictions receiving gifts as a form of administrative offenses related to corruption.

Abstract
In article are considered signs of corruption through a prism of difference of the administrative offenses connected with corruption from corruption on the basis of the analysis of signs of corruption. It is considered restrictions of receiving a gift as corruption manifestation on the example of the international experience of some CIS countries and also key definitions of a gift are allocated.
