Methodological provisions of the economic analysis of the processes of forming public-private partnership projects

Abstract
The current research deals with the analysis of scientific literature, and it was established that the issue of the development of theoretical, organizational and methodical issues of functioning public-private partnership was raised extremely limited and fragmentary in Ukraine. The author carries out the analytical estimation of efficiency in the use of corresponding object of state property. The analytical procedures for evaluating the effectiveness of the use of the state property object are determined. The composition of analytical indicators according to the important directions was substantiated and the directions of their modification and adaptation were determined. The basic structure of the analytical provision of the financial model of the public-private partnership project is visualized. The article determines the following components of the analytical provision of the feasibility study for the public-private partnership project: the assessment of risks, the sensitivity and elasticity of the public-private partnership project, the economic analysis of the effectiveness of the public-private partnership project through economic benefits and costs from its implementation in the future, the formation of the comparative model, which will allow comparing the effects of project implementation at public expense and on the basis of the public-private partnership project. This research is the basis for the formation of a qualitative information and analytical space for the anagement of all the processes of forming the public-private partnership project.
