METHODOLOGY DEVELOPMENT OF STRATEGY STAFF DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article was identified the importance of creating a strategy for staff development to the effective functioning of the production organization. There was proposed the process steps forming the methodology development of strategy of development personnel. There was recommended the algorithm of development strategy of personnel development at the metallurgical plant. Operogramme of work on the implementation and adjustment strategies of staff development was built. There was carried out the assessment of the viability and effectiveness of the proposed strategy for staff development using the method of «tree of risks».
