METHODOLOGY FOR DETERMINING BORDER VALUES OF PARAMETERS OF THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF NODES OF HIGH SPEED WAGONS

Abstract

In the process of operation, the structural parameters of the parts change, which leads to a deterioration in the technical condition of the unit and the car as a whole. Changing the structural parameter of the car's detail is accompanied by deterioration of the technical condition of the unit and externally manifested in the occurrence of knocking, noise, vibration and other phenomena that do not yet lead to loss of the operability of the unit, but indicate its malfunction. Gradually accumulating, changes in structural parameters gradually reach such a quantitative boundary, at which a radical, sometimes spasmodic, qualitative change occurs. The limiting value of the structural parameter corresponds to either a complete loss of the operability of the node, that is, the inability to perform its functions, or to a decrease in performance when the further operation of the high-speed car becomes impossible for technical and economic reasons. A technique is proposed for determining the limiting values of the structural parameters of the functional mechanical nodes of cars by means of topological and probabilistic and statistical methods. It is determined that, using an oriented graph that reflects the structure of the car or its assembly as a whole, it is possible to determine the linear or linearized dependencies of the output data deviations from the deviations of their input parameters. From a practical point of view, obtaining the average operating time of the monitored node, with the limiting values of the parameters, is possible with the help of information technology. In the direction of introduction of information technology for determining the limiting values of structural parameters of functional mechanical nodes of high-speed cars, it is proposed to use the system of automated identification of rolling stock.
