METHODOLOGY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF KEY COMPETENCIES OF BIOLOGY’S TEACHERS

Abstract

The article presents the theoretical rationale for the need to updаte forms of the organization of training biology’s teachers in the system of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education, use of active methods and learning tools that correspond to modern requirements of didactics, promote effective development of the subject, methodical, psychological and educational, of information and communications and of social competencies. We describe the forms of organization of training biology’s teachers in the refresher courses with use of inter- active teaching methods. The decisive key competencies of biology’ teachers are professional (subject matter, methodical, psychological and pedagogical), environmental, information, communication, entrepreneurial and social competence.The effective development is possible during training teachers to training courses in the system of Post- graduate Education in conditions of proactively training and the use of modern methods and forms of teaching.
