METHODOLOGY OF DETERMINATION EFFECTIVE STYLE OF LEADERSHIP OF ENTERPRISES OF MONGOLIA

Abstract
Economic indicators of development, indicators of doing business and economic freedom of Mongolia are analyzed. Taking into account the revealed tendencies of doing business, the peculiarities of Mongolia's national leadership model are highlighted. The necessity of determination effective leadership style of Mongolian enterprises is substantiated. Based on the criteria and leadership styles considered, a matrix for determining effective leadership style of company has been developed, which takes into account the level of its development and the level of staff development.
