METHODOLOGY OF INTEGRATING THE ECONOMIC SECURITY ELEMENTS IN ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Abstract
The necessity to implement the organizational structure of the enterprise management department of economic security is explained in the article; the analysis of the features of this integration in terms of the most common types of organizational structures of management is provided alongside. The subject of the article is the economic security. The purpose of this article is to study the feasibility of establishing separate structural elements of the economic security of the enterprise, and to identify the characteristics of its integration in accordance with different types of organizational governance structures. We used the methods of logical analysis to locate the management unit of economic security in the organizational structure of the enterprise and graphical method for presenting the results of the integration unit in the organizational structure of the enterprise. Specific place unit for management of economic security in various types of organizational structures of the enterprise is explained in the article. Virtually every industry may be an implementation area of the research results, but the priority is the transport sector, which is vital for the economic development of any business and the state in general. Essential in the creation of any new unit is to maintain existing production relations and the flow of information within the enterprise, improve the overall efficiency of management. Effective implementation of management department of economic security in the organizational structure of the company provides the following requirements to the direct communication with units that correspond to the level of a certain component of economic security, and the employees in accordance with the hierarchy within the department; providing full access to information; ensure an appropriate level of personnel training; non-infringement of the principle of autocracy; traditional enterprise software distribution the number of managers and employees of industrial units.
