Methods of generating nano-objects with stable concentration – literature review

Abstract
Nanotechnology is a modern, wide fi eld of science,which combines the achievements of chemistry,engineering, biology, physics and computerscience. Unfortunately, nanoparticles, because oftheir small sizes in a relatively way overcame thebarrier of the human systematic compartmentand rapidly penetrate the body and settle mainlyin lungs.This paper presents a literature review on methodsof generating nano-objects with stable concentrationsused for the validation of measuringdevices for testing parameters of nano-objects inreal-time. Methods of generating nano-objectsusing the techniques of nucleation and spark dischargewere analyzed during the literature review.Knowledge of how to generate such particles canbe used in predicting exposure to nano-objects ina workplace as well as in designing technologicalprocesses in such a way to reduce the risks connectedwith releasing nanoparticles.
