METHODS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE’S MONITORING SYSTEM ECONOMIC CONDITION

Abstract
Introduction. Formation of a comprehensive monitoring system economic condition of industrial enterprise as a factor of increasing its profitability and way of management decisions support. Purpose. To offer a model of monitoring system economic condition of industrial enterprise, that considers the specifics of enterprise’s activities and the formulation of recommendations for decision-making. Methods. Method of specification and synthesis; expert methods; statistical methods of multivariate analysis; simulation. Results. The designed model of monitoring system of industrial enterprise provides us not only with the integral index value but also forecasts the indicator that characterizes the result of enterprise’s activity. So, it represents direct interest for its management. Discussion. The obtained results are aimed at solving the following scientific problems, that is the development of scientific and methodological approaches in the formation of monitoring system on industrial enterprise and development of practical recommendations on improving its tools, aimed at achievements of enterprise’s activity goals in current and future periods.
