Abstract
In this article has been presented some basic problems in direction to build ITS systems in the future. Intelligent transportation systems ITS provide the technology to enable people to make smart travel choices in road network. The basic problems will have to be considered: analysis of relationship between traffic volume and average speed on DTS highway, impact between signalized intersection and unsignalized etc.
