METHODS OF SELF DESIGNING OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF GRADUATE STUDENTS DURING THE MUSIC AND PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Abstract

This article is devoted to the problem of self designing in context of the magistracy training of future music teachers. Self designing is defined as the difficult integrated personal creative activities of the student directed on self)development and professional self)realization. It is noted, that relevance of self designing is explained by the modern demands set by society to young specialists that define need of modernization of higher education system. The article considers the methods of self designing of professional development of graduate students during their music and pedagogical education. Primary goal of methods of self designing is to define of a universal self designing algorithm, which helps students to activate the process of self)realization and self development, and improving of their professional training. As the tasks of the methods self designing the author offers: to increase a positive professional learning motivation, to offer information, needed for self designing of professional development, to offer a techniques for self designing of professional development, to give a help in the designing of trajectories of professional development. The author gave a definition of scientific approaches, in which the self designing based. There are acmeology, axiology, consolidation and personality)oriented scientific approaches. Also the author describes four stages of the methods self designing of professional development: conception, modeling, imaging and monitoring. All stages have their actions and methods. As a result of each stage, students prepare a project, which they must to present. Such a way, the article describes the methods of self designing in magistracy education, which is a comprehensive and versatile system of development future teachers of music art.
