Abstract
The article is formed the methods of administrative activity of public administration in the sphere of regulation of notarial activity in Ukraine. It is proved that these are methods, receptions of purposeful influence of norms of administrative law on notaries, other subjects of notarial activity and subjects of control of such activity. The purpose of this activity is to provide individuals and legal entities with high-quality, timely, accessible notarial services.
