МЕТОДИКА ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ РОБОТИ ЩОДО ПРАВОВОГО ВИХОВАННЯ УЧНІВСЬКОЇ МОЛОДІ В УКРАЇНІ У ІІ ПОЛОВИНІ ХХ СТОЛІТТЯ

Abstract
The methodological aspects, namely forms of legal education of senior pupils in the second half of the twentieth century are considered in the article. The forms of legal education are defined as all kinds of activities of teachers and pupils, aimed at forming the legal consciousness and increasing the legal culture of pupils. It is proved that legal education of pupils at the defined period was realized through various forms, such as lesson, legal course of lectures, clubs and universities of legal knowledge, thematic disputes, theoretical conferences, competitions and quizzes, meetings with law-enforcement workers etc. Different types of lessons are defined, namely lesson-lecture, lesson-discussion, lesson-dispute, lesson – TV program, lesson-excursion.
