Методики для исследования феномена приверженности организации у персонала медицинских учреждений (Instruments for investigating the phenomenon of staff's organizational commitment in medical institutions)

Abstract
The article presents a set of instruments for studying the phenomenon of staff's organizational commitment in medical institutions. The set includes three groups of instruments that allow measuring the levels of staff's commitment to a medical institution as well as to identify the micro- (personal level) and meso-level (organization level) staff's organizational commitment factors. The first group of instruments includes the questionnaires to investigate medical staff's organizational loyalty and professional commitment. The second group of instruments includes the questionnaires to assess medical staff's work motivation, burnout and life satisfaction. The third group of instruments aims at studying various aspects of the medical staff's work, as well as other factors in their organizational commitment (the type of organization, the age of the organization, the number of skilled staff in the organization and the location of the medical institution). In addition, the set of instruments under consideration allows assessing other factors that affect medical staff's organizational commitment, among which are organizational and professional, socio-demographic, work-related, profession-related and family-related factors. The use of these instruments will allow measuring the strength of staff's organizational commitment in medical institutions, as well as identifying the meso- and micro-level psychological factors behind this phenomenon.
