METROLOGICAL SUPPORT OF SHIP WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS

Abstract
The analysis of properties of measuring equipment that can be used in modern wastewater treatment systems is carried out. The most important parameters of the measuring means are indicated, which should be used for the most complete control of the cleaning process and methods for their verification. It is shown that the OTDR method can be used not only to assess the quality of ship wastewater (determination of carbamide concentration), but also as part of an automatic control system. This, in turn, will allow you to choose the optimal mode of operation, depending on the specific nature of the river. One of the possible algorithms for the operation of an automatic reflectometric system is proposed, which will allow estimating the concentration of a pollutant using a parameter such as the reflection coeffi-cient from the media interface (liquid-air). Also, based on the analysis of the experiments carried out in the field of electrochemical purification, gases are proposed that are released during the operation of the electrochemical reactor to be used for the effective oxidation of diesel exhausts on ships
