Международные и европейские стандарты защиты прав человека по возрастным критериям

Abstract
Каждое новое поколение раскрывает перед человечеством новые возможности. Можно сказать, что уважение к правам человека начинается с отношения общества к своим детям, как и к гражданам пожилого возраста. Современное понимание прав ребенка исходит из признания ценности детства как особого, значимого и абсолютно необходимого периода в жизни каждого человека. Автор анализирует подходы к определению системы принципов реализации, охраны и защиты прав ребенка. Также в рамках статьи исследуются проблемы пожилых людей. Отмечается, что сегодня вопрос старости является одним из актуальных направлений научных исследований, а в организационном направлении создание сети территориальных центров социального обслуживания пенсионеров и одиноких нетрудоспособных граждан, значительно человечнее и в бóльшей мере соответствует требованиям антропологической экспертизы законодательства, чем деятельность стационарных учреждений, где проживают пожилые люди.
