Abstract
The article is devoted to the XII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Maritime Law and Management: Evolution and Modern Challenges". The conference was held on March 29-30, 2018 at the National University "Odessa Maritime Academy". During the conference, the most urgent problems of effective legal regulation and management in the sphere of the use of the sea economic complex and infrastructure in the context of globalization and European integration of Ukraine were discussed.
