Міграція радіонуклідів у молоді плітки звичайної на акваторії Запорізького водосховища

Abstract
It has been present the experimental research data on the contents of artificial and natural radionuclides (137Cs, 90Sr, 226Ra, 232Th, 40K) and the peculiarities of their migration in the roach juveniles (0+) and (1+) (Rutilus rutilus Linnaeus, 1758) at two fishing areas in the Zaporizhian Reservoir at the Samara Bay and the lower section near the Viyskove village. Specific activity of radionuclides in the fish tissues were measured by scintillation spectrometers of gamma-radiation and beta-radiation of wet natural weight and is presented as becquerels per kilogram (Bq/kg). The processes of radionuclide accumulation from water were assessed by factor of ratio between radionuclide concentrations in the fish tissue and in water. Ranking the contents of artificial and natural radionuclides in roach juvenile in the Zaporizhian Reservoir allowed to create the decreasing concentration consequence as follows: 40K > 226Ra > 232Th > 137Cs > 90Sr. Radionuclides with osteotropic type of distribution in biological tissues (90Sr, 226Ra) and diffuse distribution (137Cs, 40K) were accumulated in juvenile fish according to different laws. However, in the Samara Bay there was not found significant violations in contents of artificial or natural radionuclides in roach individuals (0+) and (1+) age. Probably that was due to hydrochemical conditions in the area, especially to the high mineralization of water in comparison to the lower section of the reservoir. Evaluation results of migration of radioactive substances in the roach juvenile body by accumulation coefficients (Ka) indicated the largest intensity of radionuclide accumulation from the water in juveniles (0+). That can be explain with the higher rate of metabolism in fish species of youngest age. High accumulation intensity was found to 232Th as technologically amplified radioactive element in the Dnieper basin. This indicates a potential risk and its significant role in the pollution of aquatic ecosystems. Identified accumulation patterns of natural and artificial radionuclides in roach juvenile in the Zaporizhian Reservoir provide grounds for predicting and modeling the migration and radioactive contamination of the aquatic ecosystems for future monitoring. Представлены результаты исследований содержания искусственных и естественных радионуклидов (137Cs, 90Sr, 226Ra, 232Th, 40К) и особенностей их миграции у молоди (0+) и (1+) плотвы обыкновенной (Rutilus rutilus Linnaeus, 1758) на двух рыбопромысловых участках Запорожского водохранилища в Самарском заливе и нижней части водоема возле с. Войсковое. Показаны различные закономерности накопления радионуклидов с остеотропным (90Sr, 226Ra) и диффузным типом распределения в биологических тканях (137Cs, 40K). Наибольшая интенсивность аккумуляции радионуклидов из воды зафиксирована у сеголеток (0+), что объясняется более высокой скоростью метаболизма у особей рыб младшей возрастной группы.
