MIGRATION MOODS OF STUDENTS FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF MODERNIZATION OF UKRAINE (ON THE EXAMPLE OF LVIV POLYTECHNIС UNIVERSITY)

Abstract
The article specifies the theoretical features of modernization and postmodernization, the conditions under which these processes occur. The role of human capital in the modernization process and its relationship with migration processes were considered. The peculiarities of human capital of Ukraine and modern trends that can lead to changes in its structure and quality were clarified. The migratory potential of youth – the group of population of key importance in the process of modernization of our country, was analyzed. The original research data was analyzed, namely a survey conducted by the author and the colleagues with the purpose of determining the migration moods of the students of the National University "Lviv Polytechnic" in 2014 and 2016. The results provided concern the topics that can directly affect human capital both in short-term and long-term perspective.
