MILITARY-ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL NORMS: CONCEPT AND FEATURES

Abstract
The article considers the importance of administrative-legal norms regulating the sphere of defense for the administrative-legal provision of state defense. The position on the allocation of a separate group of uniform military-administrative legal norms regulating the sphere of defense is substantiated. The features of military-administrative legal norms are investigated.
