MINIMIZATION OF EXPORT COSTS AS A WAY OF IMPROVING OF UKRAINIAN GRAIN COMPETITIVENESS

Abstract
This article examines the ways of cheapening the grain export operations in Ukraine to increase its competitiveness: optimization of grain sales period, improvement of grain storage conditions, modernization of logistics system and system of state export regulation. SWOT analysis considers the strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and risks of grain storage and water transportation. This research determines the proposals for improving the grain transportation infrastructure. It justifies the directions of competitiveness increasing of Ukraine through grain export by the improvement of grain logistics.
