Abstract
The author presents, considers and analyzes in this paper the international and law labor standards according to basic sector sources of international law of United Nations Organization and International Labor Organization. The author concentrates on basic issues connected with human right to work; reveals basic historical tendencies of establishing the international and law labor standards and resolving the historical mission of final release of human being and its work; concludes that international and law labor standards are in compliance with global, universally recognized human rights. У даній статті автор представляє, розглядає та аналізує міжнародно-правові стандарти регулювання трудових відносин відповідно до основних галузевих джерел міжнародного права Організації Об’єднаних Націй та Міжнародної організації праці. Автор зосереджується на основоположних проблемах, пов’язаних із здійсненням людиною права на працю; виявляє базові історичні тенденції встановлення міжнародно-правових стандартів регулювання трудових відносин та вирішення історичного завдання із остаточного звільнення людської особистості та її праці; доходить висновку про відповідність міжнародно-правових стандартів регулювання трудових відносин універсальним загальновизнаним правам людини.
