Mobilność bibliotekarza = zadowolenie czytelnika?

Abstract
The article discusses the issues related to the mobility of librarians and the cooperation opportunities with foreign centers. The author’s aim is to present a wide range of both formal and informal means of supporting the development of students’ and library staff’s professional competences (including grants, trainings, internships, and resources available on the Internet).
