MODEL OF COMMUNICATIVE CULTURE DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Abstract

One of the main features of modern Ukrainian society development - the formation of a new generation of educated people - requires the implementation of a new paradigm of the education system. The transition from the traditional educational model to innovation puts forward new requirements for the training of future specialists from different fields. Educational processes in Ukraine should be aimed at training highly skilled specialists in various fields that will contribute to the development of the Ukrainian state as a whole. The specifics of the activities of specialists in public administration are that the professional tasks are carried out through communicative processes. The effectiveness of these processes, and, accordingly, the effectiveness of management activity in general, depends on the level of communicative culture of managers. The article proposes a model for forming the communicative culture of future specialists in public administration in the process of professional training. The communicative culture takes the leading place in the general cultural and professional development of the individual, therefore the formation of a high level of such a culture can be considered as one of the prerequisites for effective professional training of future specialists in public administration and administration. Research the essence of the model of forming the communicative culture of future specialists in public administration, shows us that the model has a branched structure of interrelated elements and represents objective and complete information of the content and nature of the educational and professional activities in public administration.
