THE ACTIVITIES CENTRE FOR EXPERTISE AND MONITORING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION AS A PART OF AN INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY IN MEDICAL INSTITUTION

Abstract
This article describes the need for implementation of internal quality assurance education in medical educational institutions, since the system of medical education today requires new approaches under preparation training of specialists, that will integrate and adapt learning processes to the real needs of the economy and society, save and effectively use public money and promptly respond of Labour Market. Analyzes the experience of creation and functioning of the Centre of expertise and monitoring of educational activities in KHEI "Zhytomyr Nursing Institute." Presented the structure, tasks, activities of the Centre and its organization department. Underlined that the main tasks of the Centre are: development of normative-methodical support of quality control system of education; examination and monitoring indicators and factors for quality assurance of education; development schemes expert analysis of curricula, educational programs and features for their compliance with state standards; development schemes expert analysis of curricula, educational programs and features for their compliance with State standards; organizing and conducting a survey of students and teachers for quality education; development and testing of an integrated system rating teachers of the institute; development methods of self-diagnosis student achievement (Based on testing, certification, the individual plan of employment of a discipline, self-study, etc.); receiving a single complex criteria for evaluating and monitoring the level and effectiveness 78 of the subdepartments, cyclic commissions and teachers and others. Defined functions of each structural unit of the Center. Shows the examples of Centre activities for monitoring the quality assurance of formation students' contingent; monitoring the quality of the formation general competencies (test of general educational competence); monitoring knowledge and competencies formation through the study of fundamental and professional disciplines. Examples of activity the Center concerning monitoring quality of formation the contingent students are given; to monitoring quality of formation the general kompetentnost (test of the general educational competence); monitoring of knowledge and formations kompetentnost through studying of fundamental and professional disciplines.
