Model of implementation of the conditions for formation of future teachers of initial classes to assessing the other computer competency of the new schools by testing techniques

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the preparation of future primary school teachers for the assessment of foreign language communicative competence by means of test technologies. It is determined that the readiness of future primary school teachers to evaluate pupils’ communicative competence abroad through test technologies is the result of purposeful training in the process of studying at a higher education institution. Under the model of training of future primary school teachers to evaluate the foreign language communicative competence of junior pupils using test technologies, we understand the description and the theoretical substantiation of the components of this process. The target block of the model for forming the readiness of future teachers to evaluate the foreign language communicative competence of junior pupils using test technologies involves a social order, purpose, principles and scientific approaches to the process of formation of the investigated readiness. The purpose determines the general orientation of the educational process of the higher educational institution in the direction of preparation 013 “Primary education”: the formation of the readiness of future primary school teachers to evaluate the students’ ICD by means of test technologies. The operational-content block defines the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future primary school teachers to evaluate the foreign-language communicative competence by means of test technologies, forms, methods and means of training. Diagnostic-result block includes criteria and indicators of readiness, levels of formation and result – positive dynamics of readiness to evaluate foreign language communicative competence by means of test technologies. As a result of the study, a special course for students “Using test technologies in pedagogical assessment of elementary school” was developed and introduced. The aim of this course was to promote the systematization of students’ knowledge of test control systems by presenting the process of calculating pedagogical measurements and evaluating how the work of the hierarchy of computer training systems, statistical methods of testing the tests, from the calculations of Excel, the preparation of tests and the conduct of control and evaluation activities.
