МОДЕЛЬ РОЗВИТКУ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ МОБІЛЬНОСТІ ВЧИТЕЛЯ-СЛОВЕСНИКА У МІЖКУРСОВИЙ ПЕРІОД

Abstract
У статті висвітлено процес розвитку професійної мобільності вчителів-словесників, що має певну структуру і відображений у вигляді моделі, визначено структурні компоненти моделі: професійнопедагогічний, соціально-психологічний, науково-дослідний. Визначено критерії професійної мобільності вчителів-словесників та етапи її розвитку. Спроектована модель розвитку професійної мобільності інтегрує цілі та зміст професійної діяльності вчителя-словесника; має прогностичну спрямованість, враховує різноманітні зміни умов, що впливають на процес розвитку професійної мобільності вчителясловесника.
