Modele kompetencyjne instrumentem zarządzania personelem w urzędach administracji publicznej

Abstract
Celem artykułu było dokonanie oceny luki kompetencyjnej na podstawie opracowanych i zweryfikowanych w praktyce profili kompetencyjnych dla wybranych ról organizacyjnych (stanowisk pracy) w wybranym do badań urzędzie terytorialnej administracji publicznej – Urzędzie Marszałkowskim Województwa Śląskiego. Autorzy po przeprowadzeniu badań zweryfikowali pozytywnie hipotezę badawczą, iż poziom kompetencji zatrudnionych pracowników na analizowanych stanowiskach specjalistów w wydziale Rozwoju Regionalnego badanego Urzędu nie odpowiada poziomowi oczekiwanemu przez kierownictwo w utworzonych profilach kompetencyjnych.
