MODELING OF DYNAMICS OF TWO-SECTORAL ECONOMY WITH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY UTILIZATION OF POLLUTION

Abstract

Purpose. The development of models of economic systems as a set of two interconnected subsystems, the functioning of which ensures the production of the main aggregate product and support of environmental standards of production and non-production activities of economic members and society. Methodology of research. The methodical research tool is based on the methods of system analysis, economic dynamics, quantitative and qualitative evaluation of processes in socio-economic systems as complex dynamic systems. Findings. There was characterized the industrial-technological system of the economy as a set of two interconnected subsystems, functioning of which ensures ecological standards of production and economy as a whole. There was proposed the dynamic model of a two-sectoral economy in which one sector is engaged in the production of the main aggregate product, the other – in the primary utilization of pollution created by the sector of basic production and other entities of the economy and society and the secondary utilization of pollution created by it during primary utilization. There was substantiated that the model and its possible modifications are intended for the research of the dynamics of economic systems in the conditions of their ecologization and pollution control, which in turn involves the development of a mechanism for the appropriate restrictions on the release of environmentally hazardous residues into the environment by the subjects of production and non-productive activities. Originality. There were substantiated the necessity of expanding and improving the class of models of eco-economic interaction, in particular inclusion not only the indicators of environmental production and non-infiltrated pollution, but also the indicators of socio-economic structure of a society in the space of economic variables of these models. There was developed the formalized toolkit to construct the models of economic dynamics, taking into account the processes of ecologization of production and the minimum level of socio-economic clusterization of the society involved in production. Practical value. The paper deals with the approaches to modeling eco-economic systems, in particular, the corresponding variants of construction of the models of two-sectoral ecological economy, which allow to form an adequate information and expert base for decision support systems, as well as for computer simulation and experimental research of real processes of environmental production management and processes of eco-economic interaction in general.
