MODELLING OF THE RELIABILITY OF TOOL- -WORKPIECE SYSTEM IN MULTI-STAGE DRAWING PROCESS

Abstract

The waste of tools in drawing process is characterised by surface phenomenon occuring in their upper layer. During co-operation of elementary contact area, the deformation process of drawn material takes the significant meaning. In the paper, determination of dependency between waste of working area of drawing eyelets and reliability of that tribology junction was undertaken. The investigation results of upper layer of drawing eyelets were presented. Durability and reliability of the tools in the drawing process has its microscopy scale aspects. The microscopy processes, taking part in a contact zone of surface micro unevenness cause the permanent destruction changes on a macroscopy scale.<br/><br/>
