Models of the corporate control and management of the ukrainian companies

Abstract
The article analyzes the development trends and the current state of corporate governance Ukrainian companies mentioned types of corporate governance based on the distribution of corporate control between owners and managers. The formation of the concept and structure of corporate governance are studied, the provisions that definined the nature of the changes interrelations owners and managers are considered. The most important developments in the management of the corporation are listed, the key features of the national model of corporate governance are highlighted.
