MODERN APPROACHES TO DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETENCE OF HEALTH AND SAFETY TEACHERS IN THE SYSTEM OF POST-GRADUATE PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Abstract
There have been analyzed the modern approaches to the development of competence of teachers in the field of health and safety in the system of post-graduate pedagogical education. There has been developed the model of forming the competence of teachers in the field of health and safety in the system of post-graduate pedagogical education which consists of interconnected components like conceptual, organizational, diagnostic, semantic, procedural and efficient units. The research object of the paper is the competence of health and safety teachers. The purpose of the work is determining the modern approaches to development of competence of health and safety teachers in the system of post-graduate pedagogical education.
