MODERN APPROACHES TO THE ORGANIZATION OF THE PROCESS OF THEORETICAL COMPETENCES OF PHYSICAL CULTURE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

Abstract
Abstract. Based on the scientific and methodological literature analysis and the results of own research, the practicability of using new methods to form theoretical competences of student athletes in the educational process of physical culture universities has been determined in this article. It is shown that the specifics of education in such universities dictates the necessity to combine individual forms of training when using audio lectures with modern interactive forms of lecturing. The analysis of conducting such lectures in ASIPCS revealed the expediency of using only 4-5 preplanned mistakes during one lesson. This number of mistakes is sufficient to maintain the attention and analytical activity of students at a proper level. This kind of lectures can be used from the second year of study during the educational process. At the same time, it is expedient at first to propose simple mistakes, complicating them along the educational process. Of the total number of interviewed students and masters of ASIPCS, 85% noted the necessity to use "the lectures with preplanned mistakes" in the educational process. About 10% of students negatively reacted to this form of lectures, and 5% of them could not orientate in the expediency of using them. The audio lectures can be of great assistance in the effective formation of theoretical competences among the student- athletes. It is expedient to have a bank of audio lectures in the university, which will include key topics in all academic disciplines. Approximately 76% of the surveyed students positively appreciated the possibility of using audio lectures in the educational process. Nearly 16% of them negatively reacted to this form of knowledge replenishment. The remaining 8% of students did not show much interest in audio lectures.
