The review of inclusive experience of creatively working pedagogues speaks for the practicability of following a number of recommendations, oriented at establishing partner relations with a family: a pedagogue should emphasize the importance of a child with special educational needs; a pedagogue should treat a child like his/her parents; it is especially important to deepen one’s understanding of “culture diversity”, to work on the development of partnership, to break stereotypes, to be interested in achieving the goals set by child’s parents. It is also very important for a teacher to discuss ways of information exchange with children’s parents, to develop common perspectives of work with them. The basis of partner relations of a family and inclusive environment is the idea of the optimal providing of subject well&being of a child with special educational needs.
