MODERN ASPECTS OF CREATING INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT AT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

Modern aspects of creating inclusive communication at educational institutions are theoretically grounded in the article; the peculiarities of inclusive education are revealed; the constructive ways of establishing partner relations with parents are presented in the paper as well. It should be noted that researchers are sure that successful inclusion in educational cannot be achieved without acceptance of this idea by parents, without its competent implementation based on its unique parents opportunities, and without understanding the importance of collaboration with a “university team”. The review of inclusive experience of creatively working pedagogues speaks for the practicability of following a number of recommendations, oriented at establishing partner relations with a family: a pedagogue should emphasize the importance of a child with special educational needs; a pedagogue should treat a child like his/her parents; it is especially important to deepen one’s understanding of “culture diversity”, to work on the development of partnership, to break stereotypes, to be interested in achieving the goals set by child’s parents. It is also very important for a teacher to discuss ways of information exchange with children’s parents, to develop common perspectives of work with them. The basis of partner relations of a family and inclusive environment is the idea of the optimal providing of subject well&being of a child with special educational needs. The formation of tolerant educational environment at an inclusive educational institution is an important pedagogic and management task. The prospects of ideas of inclusion to a greater degree are defined by the successfulness of well&being of a child with special educational needs. The acceptance of each child and flexibility of teaching approaches are impossible without such relations. The article touches upon the structural character of the partner relationships of the “educational group” with the parents of the pupils of an inclusive class. This problem is reviewed through the pedagogical effect of the modern family realized with the help of imitation&rehabilitation, corrective and compensatory functions.
