MODERN CONDITION OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE MARKET OF LIQUID BIOFUEL IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article considers and generalizes the methodical approaches to understanding the essence of concepts of “biofuels”, “bioethanol”, “biodiesel”. The present state of formation and development of the market of liquid biofuel in the world and in Ukraine is analysed. It is pointed out that at present in Ukraine, production of biological fuels is almost stopped; however, the solution of problems of biofuel production will depend on the coordination of joint actions of the state and participants in market relations. The necessity of development of liquid biofuel market in Ukraine is substantiated and measures are proposed to promote the development of liquid biofuel production to achieve the international obligations of Ukraine concerning motor biofuel.
