Modern Forms of Financing Government Programs

Abstract
In the article the basic forms of financing state tasks have been analyzed. Among all the above forms not only the traditional – the most common have been given out, but also and modern. Among the modern forms of financial participation of the state in the financial support of public tasks the author has given out such legal forms as a public corporation, a state company, state-owned enterprise and the company with state participation. The article gives a comparative description of these forms of financial support of public tasks solving, particularities of formation of their capital and assets have been formulated. The above analytical information allows us to conclude the corporate rights of the state in the national economy on the example of the Russian Federation and Ukraine.
