Modern political and legal measures for the implementation by the public authorities of integrated water resources management basin principle in Ukraine.

Abstract
The article analyzes a number of political and legal measures concerning the implementation of integrated management of water resources by public authorities on a basin principle. The domestic legislative achievements concerning the improvement of the theoretical basis of integrated water resources management according to the basin principle are set forth. Some practical problems of introduction of the investigated management of water resources are outlined. It is proposed to improve the political and legal measures on the implementation of integrated water resources management through their review, taking into account the successful experience of European countries.
