MODERN STRATEGIES OF HR MANAGEMENT AT ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The rapid changes in the Ukrainian economy put forward new requirements for the professional personal qualifications and require new modern strategies for personаl enterprises management. The presence of the necessary competencies doesn’t meet the requirements of modern enterprises. Workers due to response rapidly, to reveal adaptability, loyalty and mobility, readiness to be responsible for delegated powers and additional workloads, constant pursuit of professional growth, self-improvement of both personal and business qualities. Modern HR strategies such as recruitment, development and staff assessment will allow the company to respond adequately to environmental changes, and thus to avoid potential threats, losses, and improve their competitiveness and efficiency.
