Abstract
У статті представлено рекомендації щодо формування корпоративної культури в умовах господарювання вітчизняних підприємств індустрії гостинності. Визначено поняття корпоративної культури, основні джерела, складові й етапи формування. Представлено систему корпоративних цінностей, а також досліджено їхній вплив на функціонування підприємства. У статті розглядаються методи підтримки і покращення корпоративної культури і іміджу. Також надано рекомендації з удосконалення корпоративної культури й іміджу
