Modernization of the mechanisms of state administration in the field of intellectual property of Ukraine in the context of glocalization processes of the development

Abstract

In modern conditions innovation activities, as a purposed actiones of the operational using of the results of scientific researches, creationes and commercialization of the legal of intellectual property is a powerful inexhaustible asset of forming the foundations of sustainable state development. The purpose of this paper is to explore the features of the mechanisms of state administration in the field of intellectual property in the context of development of the globalization processes and to propose measures for their modernization. Scientific novelty. The article explores the stages of creating a modern international system for settling cooperation in the field of protection of intellectual property rights. Models of the processes of management of the changes in the field of intellectual activity and the impact of the introduction of management innovations in the field of intellectual property on the formation of the foundations of sustainable regional development are proposed. The features of mechanisms of state administration in the field of intellectual property have been identified, in particular, the absence of the mechanism of management of a riskes and the need to intensify the process of formation of the mechanism for commercialization of the objects of intellectual property. A comprehensive model of the interaction of mechanisms of state regulation in the field of intellectual property is proposed. Conclusions. Taking into account globalization processes during the process of formation of the state policy will contribute to the implementation of Ukraine’s strategic priorities, becoming of an innovative model of state development and, therefore, the creation of prerequisites for Ukraine’s membership in the European Union.
